Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Children’s Residential setting.
• At least 1 year of supervisory and shift-leading experience.
• Willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Build nurturing relationships to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Lead shifts and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Support the Registered Manager with operational duties.

Skills

Strong knowledge of OFSTED Regulations

Experience in safeguarding

Relationship-building skills

Education

Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
