Role Overview

Deputy Home Manager (Non‑Clinical) to support the running of a lovely 40‑bed residential care home in Bath with a salary up to £40,000 per year. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established and supportive provider known for valuing their teams and delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in all aspects of home management and compliance
  • Leading, mentoring and developing the care team
  • Ensuring care plans are up to date and residents needs are met with dignity and respect
  • Promoting a positive culture that reflects the values of the home
  • Taking part in the on‑call rota and weekend cover as required
Qualifications
  • Experienced senior care professional; NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards
  • Excellent leadership skills with a hands‑on, caring approach
  • Genuine passion for making a difference to residents lives
