Beaudesert Park, set in 30 acres on Minchinhampton Common, Gloucestershire, is one of the county's leading independent co‑educational day & flexi boarding schools for children aged 3 to 13. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Head to join us from September 2026, working closely with our Headmaster in guiding Beaudesert through the next exciting stage of growth and development.

Applicants who can demonstrate extensive experience in school leadership with a strong track record of professional development are sought for this important role. The successful candidate will have the ability to inspire, motivate and support children, staff and parents. They will lead by example, be highly organised with excellent planning and administrative ability along with outstanding communication skills. The postholder is expected to be wholly committed to the rich and engaging life of a boarding school with a broad and holistic curriculum.
