A prominent mental health trust in Tooting is looking for an interim Deputy Director of Nursing & Quality for 9 months. This leadership role requires expertise in clinical governance and quality improvement, working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer. The candidate will also champion anti-racism and values-based leadership. The trust prides itself on delivering quality mental health care and is currently expanding its services, having recently invested in new facilities.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Deputy Director of Nursing & Quality to join us on an interim basis for 9 months while we recruit substantively to this key leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the energy and expertise to hit the ground running, working closely with our Chief Nursing Officer to ensure the delivery of high-quality care for our patients and robust clinical governance across the organisation.

Our largest, 19‑ward site is in Springfield Village, created following our £150m investment into two new world class mental health facilities. A 32‑acre public park, shops and cafes are coming soon. Close to shops, cafes and Tooting Bec on the Northern Line plus Earlsfield and Tooting rail stations and bus routes.
