A leading healthcare provider in Cardiff seeks an experienced Deputy Clinical Manager to lead and motivate a dedicated care team. The role requires expertise in CIW and RISCA regulations and a passion for person-centred care. Location: Cardiff
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team and help shape the future of care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to:
Lead and motivate a passionate care team
Uphold CIW and RISCA regulations
Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care
Promote a positive culture where both staff and residents thrive
Support in managing resources, compliance, and clinical excellence
You must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active NMC pin
Proven leadership experience in a care setting
Experience supporting adults with complex needs
Strong knowledge of CIW and RISCA regulations
A values-driven approach to care and team development
Passion for person-centred care and quality improvement
7 weeks inclusive of bank holidays
Birthday off with pay after one year of service
