We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) to join our Executive Team and drive the quality of education and outcomes for our Trust. You will support the Chief Executive Officer by contributing to and influencing all areas of the Trust’s strategy, with a focus on the leadership of the Trust’s school improvement strategy for all schools which form part of the trust. For us school improvement is about financial stability, managing risk and providing the best outcome for learners. As Deputy CEO, you will support the CEO in providing strategic and professional leadership across the Trust. You will work collaboratively with the CEO, Trust Board, local governing committees, Headteachers, and all staff within the Trust and schools to ensure the Trust vision is delivered.
