Package: From £58,830 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

What will you be required to do?
- Assist with creating and delivering multiple apprentice pipelines at a growing number of locations to support business need
- Contribute to the wider defence nuclear skills transformation project
- Contribute to the refinement and implementation of AWE early careers strategy
- Assist with the apprentice provision through a transformational change programme to meet future demands, inclusive of but not limited to supporting design and implementation of new facility
- Deputise for the Head of Academy when needed
- Monitor Apprenticeship Standards progress for all areas under your supervision
- Provide building management as required
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure continued operation of programme delivery
Whilst not to be considered a check list, candidates should be able to demonstrate some of the following:
- Expert coaching skills, able to role model and inspire confidence in others
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven change/project management skills
- Proven success in developing/ managing others and leading a team
- Experience in identifying strategic HR related issues, thinking laterally and applying analytical, qualitative and research skills to develop appropriate strategies for resolution
- Project management experience is essential
- Must be familiar with UK Apprenticeship Standards and associated funding models
