Overview
Deployment Strategist – a leadership role focused on the successful adoption and strategic implementation of AI‑powered Agentforce solutions for key customers. This role emphasizes solutioning, strategic oversight, and executive relationship management rather than hands‑on technical execution.
Impact & Responsibilities
- Strategic Solutioning & Design Leadership – Lead the analysis and strategic design of intelligent AI‑powered agents within Salesforce environments, synthesizing complex business challenges into actionable solution architectures.
- Deployment Ownership & Program Management – Provide comprehensive oversight for the deployment of Agentforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with customer infrastructure and establishing governance of agent behavior guardrails.
- Executive Customer Relationship Management – Serve as the primary front‑facing contact for Agentforce deployments, nurturing trust‑based relationships with C‑suite executives and key stakeholders.
- AI Strategy & Responsible AI – Lead discussions around Agentic AI strategy, driving responsible AI principles, risk mitigation, bias testing, and robust guardrails.
- Facilitation & Workshop Leadership – Design and lead interactive workshops such as agent design and jobs‑to‑be‑done analyses to collaboratively define optimal AI solutions.
- Conversation Design & User Experience – Apply conversation design skills to create intuitive, effective, user‑centric conversational AI experiences.
- Organizational Readiness & Change Management – Assess and guide customers through necessary process transformations to maximize AI adoption benefits.
- Product Evolution & Strategic Feedback – Serve as a feedback loop between customers and internal product/engineering teams, influencing future product enhancements.
Qualifications
- Required – 5+ years of strategic solutioning and oversight of cloud‑based technology deployments; proven track record of leading successful enterprise‑level projects.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
- Experience leading AI/LLM technology deployments, including end‑to‑end engagement management.
- Exceptional analytical, solution‑oriented approach to open‑ended problems.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a “get‑things‑done” attitude and focus on measurable customer impact.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, translating complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and C‑suite executives.
- Proven experience managing executive customer relationships in a strategic advisory or consulting role.
- Demonstrated AI consulting abilities, including conversation design, responsible AI practices, and prompt engineering.
- Public Sector knowledge.
- Additional language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) – preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, as needed to customer sites.
- Preferred – Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Agentforce platform.
- Experience developing conversational AI solutions within regulated industries or highly sensitive environments.
- Salesforce platform certifications (Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist).
- Knowledge across Salesforce CRM (Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds).
- Experience with AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs, such as natural language processing.
