Job description
Overview

The salary for this role is 27202. Onsite working is expected for at least 3 days a week; however we actively support requests for flexible working. This role can be based at any of the following sites: Culham, Oxfordshire. This role requires employees to complete an online BPSS including DBS checks for criminal convictions and possibly a search of open source data.

Responsibilities
  • Arranging meetings, preparing agendas and minutes
  • Organising UK and international travel and conference registration
  • Purchasing
  • Making arrangements for new starters visiting scientists and students, liaising with other staff to ensure that computer accounts are set up, office accommodation is provided, site passes are issued, etc.
  • Other reasonable administrative support for the staff of the division
