Overview

Dental Practice / Business Manager / Southampton, Hampshire / Full Time MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice in Southampton to recruit a Dental Practice / Business Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Location and Availability

• Location: Southampton, Hampshire
• Full time opportunity – 5 days per week
• Monday - Friday 8am-6pm
• Available as soon as possible
• Will take notice periods into consideration

Salary and Benefits

• £36k - £40k per annum depending on experience

Role and Responsibilities

• Be the CQC registered manager.
• Experience in marketing, business development, operations, financial management, profit & loss, and understanding all aspects of the practice.
• Results driven and target orientated; capable of leading and driving performance.
• Excellent team player with strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Ensure the practice operates smoothly and efficiently and maintains high standards of patient care.

Practice Context

• Independent, fully private practice with Cerec Same Day Crowns & Bridges, Implants, Facial Aesthetics, Invisalign, Suresmile & Hygiene Treatments.
• 3 surgery state of the art dental practice, established for over 30 years.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Extensive experience of working in dental practices within the UK.
• Valid DBS is required to be considered.
