At Dyson, precise demand forecasting sits at the heart of our supply strategy—and you’ll lead the charge. As Market Demand Planner, you’ll act as the impartial voice in the room, steering a cross-functional team to truly understand and forecast what customers want. You’ll “bring the outside in,” turning market insight into accurate, SKU-level forecasts that our Supply team uses to get the right products to the right places, at the right time. Every day, you’ll champion transformation. You’ll help drive the adoption of a best-in-class operating model for demand planning, making sure our approach is as innovative as our machines. Leading the local S&OP process, you’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain partners, drawing on market data and past trends to deliver robust bottom-up forecasts. As the owner of forecast accuracy, you won’t just track KPIs—you’ll dive deep into root causes, solve problems, and continuously improve our planning through smart action plans. You’ll design new analytical tools and experiment with enabling technologies to boost performance. Continuous improvement isn’t a slogan here—it’s your mission. You’ll spot new opportunities, optimise reporting (or invent better ways of doing it), and ensure stakeholders always have insight into what’s driving demand across the business. Above all, you’ll help build a culture of collaboration, sharing best practice across global markets to make every forecast more reliable and actionable.
