Overview

We are growing our delivery team and we are looking for someone to grow with us. Our Delivery Managers ensure business outcomes are delivered on time and within budget, through providing leadership, management, and coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage project development and client engagements from beginning to end;
  • Define delivery and project outcomes, success criteria, scope, deliverables, and plans that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
  • Build strong working relationships with the team, customers and third parties to enable successful project delivery;
  • Implement appropriate controls, governance and reporting arrangements;
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies and tools;
  • Deliver engagements to budget (fixed price) and time;
  • Proactively respond to changes in scope and devise solutions;
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members
Requirements
  • Over 3 years' experience in successfully performing a delivery or project management role
  • Proven experience with implementing complex Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google), Networking, Infrastructure End User computing (Microsoft 365), Data Intelligence, and/or Security projects
  • Demonstrated experience in managing delivery budgets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience of building and managing relationships and engagements with third parties
  • Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and network with others to achieve outcomes across an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across technology and business teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner, seeking out areas that need attention, rather than being asked to look at specific problem areas
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a passion to solve hard problems
  • Robust character and determination to achieve goals and deliver outcomes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering)
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and infrastructure technologies (e.g., Cisco, AWS, Azure) are highly desirable
