Overview

Delivery Manager required to join a global product-led organisation to play a pivotal role in shaping how value is delivered across the business. This role will ensure strong alignment with agile principles, embedding scaled agile practices to enhance delivery outcomes and maximise value creation. The successful candidate will provide guidance and direction to a team of Project Managers overseeing performance and acting as a role model for delivery excellence across the product portfolio. In addition, they will play a central role in wider business transformation by championing change initiatives and embedding new approaches across the organisation.

With strategic oversight of portfolio delivery, the Delivery Manager will ensure programmes are aligned with business priorities and executed effectively. They will coordinate planning events, facilitate the identification of objectives and dependencies, and monitor progress to ensure accountability. Anticipating and resolving bottlenecks, optimising resource allocation, and maintaining delivery momentum will all be critical to success in this role. The remit also includes managing risks at portfolio level and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By driving best practice and refining ways of working, the Delivery Manager will support the organisation in achieving its long-term goals and strengthening its position in the market.
