While others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top‑quality products on time and in an efficient manner.
You’ll be on the road regardless of the weather, but you will never have to fight over the radio—sing along as loud as you like! We use automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van. Everyone’s groceries arrive at different times, so our working patterns involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay, you will receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £13.95 per hour, with enhanced overtime available to help fund those special occasions. All breaks are paid, so you are paid for every minute at work. Shifts will vary, and more information is included at the bottom of this advert to help you understand what that might look like.
Fill in an online application—no CV needed. Our friendly recruitment team will contact you to conduct an online licence check and right‑to‑work checks. You will be invited to take a site tour to meet the team for a question‑and‑answer session. We will run a Disclosure Barring System check (DBS). Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start!
Contract type: Permanent Contract hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks) You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, working 8‑hour shifts, and you will receive further information during pre‑boarding. Shifts are AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 am and finishing up to 12:00 pm (midnight). Please check your commute time before applying. Your shift rota will be released up to 13 weeks in advance.
