Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience in a busy fast food, cafe, or deli environment.
• Good working knowledge of food safety practices.
• Able to meet the needs of customers while inspiring the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the deli, including food preparation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Train and manage team members for optimal performance.

Skills

Communication & interpersonal skills

Knowledge of HACCP

Experience in deli operations

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education

GCSE Maths and English, Grade C or above

Further education in catering (e.g. NVQ)
