Job Description:

Join our team as a Defence Supply Chain Consultant in Bristol. This role involves supporting the growth of our Defence Supply Chain business, delivering impactful projects, and working closely with clients in the Defence sector to develop strategies and implement solutions that add value and transform supply chains.

  • Work Environment: Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office or on-site, up to 5 days on client sites as required. Travel to client sites will be necessary.
  • Application Deadline: ASAP
  • Location: London or Bristol offices, with flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Addressing complex supply chain challenges in public and private sectors.
  • Providing strategic advice on supply chain transformation, technology adoption, and data utilization.
  • Supporting clients to achieve business outcomes through technical expertise and innovative approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in supply chain and logistics, including military and industrial sectors.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex processes within Defence to deliver value for money.
  • Experience leading change initiatives in stakeholder-rich environments.
  • Knowledge of Defence Supply Chain and Logistics; certifications like CIPS, MCIPS, CILT are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
  • Consulting experience is preferred; for Principal levels, prior consulting experience is required.
