Are you an experienced Decontamination Technician looking for flexible, well-paid work within the NHS? We’re expanding our insourcing team and are seeking skilled professionals to support endoscopy services across NHS trusts nationwide.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient decontamination of endoscopy equipment, with a key focus on using Getinge washer-disinfectors and drying cabinets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operate and maintain Getinge washer-disinfectors and drying cabinets
  • Clean, disinfect, and reprocess flexible endoscopes to NHS standards
  • Ensure strict adherence to HTM 01-06 and infection control protocols
  • Accurately complete all relevant documentation and tracking systems
  • Work as part of a mobile team delivering high-quality, responsive service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in endoscope decontamination within the past year
  • Confident in operating Getinge decontamination equipment and drying cabinet
  • Solid understanding of NHS decontamination procedures and standards
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Flexibility to travel and work weekends
