The Role
  • Achieve sales and profit targets by managing enquiries, producing accurate quotations, and converting opportunities into orders
  • Oversee projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage
  • Build strong client, contractor, and subcontractor relationships to secure repeat business
  • Provide technical advice, support, and training to customers
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and industry events as required
The Candidate
  • Previous sales/account management experience within decking, cladding, flooring, or similar products
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to calculate material requirements and support customers with confidence
  • Excellent relationship builder with first-class communication and organisational skills
  • Experienced in CRM systems, with a proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to travel when required
