A leading diamond company seeks an Assistant Management Accountant in Thatcham to handle financial reporting and assist with budgeting. The candidate should have experience in finance, familiar with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP, and a desire for continuous improvement. The Assistant Management Accountant (PPTD) is responsible for the preparation of accurate reporting of monthly financial data for the PPTD Business Unit as part of the DBUK entity, and for preparing and co-ordinating information for budgets and forecasts. The job holder will provide a range of finance & administrative tasks to support the Management Accountant (PPTD) and wider PPTD operation. It is vital to form strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business. The individual will also take responsibility for implementing continuous improvement initiatives and liaising with external stakeholders as required.

The successful candidate must be adaptable and able to determine and respond to priorities across a wide range of tasks, within tight deadlines. They will demonstrate an excellent degree of motivation and organisation, an ability to identify problems and identify and implement solutions and show dedication and enthusiasm for the constant improvement of systems and processes.
