Overview

The role of a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer involves ensuring the effective operation of machinery and equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position requires a proactive approach to both preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.

Responsibilities
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns and conduct effective fault diagnosis.
  • Carry out repairs and replacements on mechanical and electrical equipment as required.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and equipment performance.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Profile / Qualifications
