A leading manufacturing business in Worcester is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to provide planned and reactive maintenance on highly automated machinery. 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday).

A well‑known and highly successful manufacturing business based in Worcester are searching for an enthusiastic Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Working within a fast paced and dynamic manufacturing environment, this role involves the provision of reactive and planned preventative maintenance on a range of highly automated machinery.

Keeping machinery running is the name of the game! This role will suit a Maintenance Engineer who enjoys a stimulating, technically challenging environment!

Role Description
  • Provision of planned and reactive maintenance engineering across a broad range of automated production / process machinery.
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair activities.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records using the CMMS system.
  • Keeping H&S at the forefront when all work is conducted.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineering experience.
  • Qualified to Level 3+ in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Ability to perform both planned and reactive maintenance.
  • PLC Fault Finding skills (desirable).
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment.
