Days Maintenance Engineer (Multi‑skilled)

Wednesday ‑ Saturday Food Manufacturing DAYS ONLY

We are currently recruiting a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our site‑based engineering team at a busy food manufacturing facility.

This is a days‑only role, working Wednesday to Saturday, offering an excellent work‑life balance and a competitive salary of just under £53,000 per annum.

The Role
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on plant and production machinery
  • Diagnosing and rectifying electrical and mechanical faults
  • Supporting continuous improvement and minimising downtime
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with food safety and health & safety standards
About You
  • Time‑served or qualified Maintenance Engineer
  • Electrically or mechanically biased with strong multi‑skilled capability
  • Previous experience within food manufacturing or FMCG environments preferred
  • Confident working on plant, processing machinery
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently on days
