Our client is looking to add day support workers to their team right now.

There is sponsorship available!

Location: Holywood, County Down, Glencraig

Hourly wage: £12.60 (3-point scale, gains with service)

Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week

What’s Available:

• Professional development and paid training (including PBS training)
• Additional hours that are optional for residential services
• Twelve statutory days plus twenty days of yearly leave (pro rata)

In order to help young adults with complex needs, autism, and learning difficulties, our client is looking to hire compassionate and understanding day support workers to join their team.

What You’re Going to Do:

Encourage people to participate in person-centred, structured day activities (such as farming, cooking, the arts, music, athletics, and reading).

Encourage self-reliance, the development of skills, and wellbeing

As needed, offer behaviour support and personal care.

Work in a therapeutic, all-encompassing setting founded on PBS techniques and inclusive principles.

What You Require:

One year of experience

GCSEs in maths and English (Grades C or higher) or equivalent

Registration with the NISCC (or desire to register)
