A community support organization in Mansfield is seeking enthusiastic care support workers to join their Day Services team. In this full-time role, you will provide personal care, promote wellbeing, and support citizens in various activities. Essential qualifications include the Care Certificate and a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Flexible working hours and various benefits are offered.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated care support workers to join our vibrant Day Services team. We are looking for someone who can help our citizens enjoy their time with us and provide them with access to opportunities that will help build social skills, confidence and independence, as well as promoting their wellbeing. You will be responsible for ensuring all citizen care and support needs are met, including providing personal care, and supporting with feeding and moving and handling.
The core working hours for these posts will be 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday; however, some flexibility is required to meet the needs of the service.
