We’re looking for a tech‑savvy professional to elevate digital operations, improve member experience, and support CRM/CMS development (Ready Membership).

Responsibilities
  • Manage & improve the membership CRM/CMS.
  • Support onboarding, renewals & member communications.
  • Update website and digital content.
  • Produce reporting, data insights & ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Provide first‑line IT support.
  • Assist events, bookings & payments (Xero).
  • Explore and use new AI‑driven digital tools.
Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM/CMS, preferably in a membership or customer‑focused context.
  • Data‑confident, detail‑driven and tech‑minded.
  • Strong communicator and problem‑solver.
  • Experience with Ready Membership / Pixelate is a bonus.
