A leading cloud technology consultancy in the UK is seeking a Data Team Lead to inspire and mentor a group of Technical Consultants. The role combines leadership and hands-on technical involvement with responsibilities including designing scalable solutions and leading cloud migration projects. Qualifications

  • Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Strong background in Data Engineering or Data Warehousing.
  • Solid experience across Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, etc.
  • Excellent SQL & Python skills for ETL/ELT and data transformation.
  • Knowledge of lakehouse architecture and large-scale datasets.
  • A collaborative style and the ability to build an engaged, inclusive team.
