This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Town Hall in Maidenhead with some hybrid working, and a salary of £48,602 - £53,120 per annum.

As Data, Performance and Engagement Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of performance frameworks within Adult Social Care, ensuring data is meaningful, accessible, and actionable. This role combines technical expertise with the ability to influence and engage teams, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
