With increasing demand for enterprise-wide transformation, the team is expanding and seeking experienced professionals who can lead data workstreams, influence outcomes, and support clients through complex SAP journeys.

As a Data Migration Manager, you will bring strong SAP functional understanding, hands‑on data migration leadership, and a consulting mindset. You will support major programmes across industries such as financial services, energy, telecoms, consumer markets, and more, working with well‑known brands and diverse, cross‑functional teams.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Data Migration Manager

• Leading the data workstream on large SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Working with functional and technical SAP consultants to analyse and define data migration requirements.
• Managing teams responsible for the design, build, testing, and execution of end-to-end data migrations.
• Supporting client portfolio management, reporting to senior leadership.
• Contributing to financial management and commercial oversight of engagements.
• Collaborating across broader Data & Analytics capabilities, including:
  • Data & reporting strategy
  • KPI and reporting design
  • Data governance
  • Data quality management
• Supporting business development activities, including opportunity identification and proposal support.
• Developing technical strategies to solve complex client challenges.
• Leading delivery across large programmes, including team development, risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance.

This Data Migration Manager Role Is for You If You Have

• Significant experience in SAP S/4HANA consulting.
• Hands‑on expertise managing data migration projects in SAP environments.
• Experience delivering at least two end‑to‑end SAP ECC or S/4HANA programmes with responsibility for data design and migration.
• Strong experience with:
  • Cutover planning
  • Migration dress rehearsals
  • Migration cutover execution
• Knowledge of SAP data migration tools, including:
  • SAP Migration Cockpit
  • SAP SDI / SDQ or other SAP ETL tools
• Experience with data quality, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Understanding or exposure to ABAP (preferred but not essential).
• Experience leading teams of 2–5 people.
• A consulting mindset with strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills.
