Two years. All the angles

The two year scheme offers hybrid working in our key UK hubs. Youll rotate across data driven teams learning how we manage protect and extract value from our most precious asset.

• Championing data excellence by helping teams embed Group-wide data management standards and principles making our data trusted well governed and ready for action.
• Driving impact through strong oversight reducing risk and unlocking better decisions and outcomes.

The work you could be doing

No two weeks are the same. Youll be focussed on driving data management processes through our business units and platforms and in addition you may be :

• Creating and improving smarter data standards and controls
• Designing future-focused data strategies and operating models
• Collecting integrating and cleaning large complex datasets
• Building dashboards in Tableau PowerBI or Looker to help tell stories through data
• Collaborating with teams across the business to raise data literacy and awareness
• Experimenting with GenAI predictive analytics and Google Cloud technologies
• Contributing to high profile initiatives like Digital Waterfront helping connect the best of our data in one seamless platform

What you need to apply

While we do not require a set minimum degree achievement we strongly recommend the ability to be able to demonstrate sound knowledge understanding and technical skills aligned to the role. Some aspects of this will be assessed through the application process.

This programme operates in various UK regional locations including London Bristol and Edinburgh.

Youll select one of these regional locations and will be based in various offices for the duration of your programme. We support hybrid working with all colleagues expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office you have been placed.
