Responsibilities
- Translate data into meaningful insights that are communicated back to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way
- Develop close relationships with stakeholders within specific departments, assisting them with their challenges through the provision of insights
- Proactively identify new areas of opportunity for the division in conjunction with the rest of the team
- Champion a ‘test and learn’ approach with stakeholders, helping them to define methodologies to test ideas and then draw insights and recommendations from the results in order to iterate on further ideas
- Develop fully automated reports, dashboards and visualisations, following development guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Work closely with the Insights & Reporting Lead and Head of Insights & Reporting on the delivery of the Insights & Reporting development roadmap
Qualifications/Experience
- Experience in a previous analytics role or similar
- Experience in presenting complex data in simple terms, tailoring outputs to different audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across different departments
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities at the same time, maintaining open channels of communication with members of the team and stakeholders throughout
- Experience with SQL (preferably BigQuery)
- Experience with visualisation tools (preferably Looker/ Looker Studio)
- Advanced Excel skills with good knowledge of the rest of the MS Office Suite
- Experience with Python / R is desirable
