  • Ensure compliance across multiple domains such as social network operations, EC-funded projects, and software sales channels.
  • Participate in updating and maintaining privacy policies and notices across business units.
  • Respond to data subject rights requests for access, erasure, objection, etc.
  • Support technology and marketing teams on PECR/ePrivacy compliance for cookie usage, email marketing and related areas.
  • Develop and maintain Data Management Plans (DMPs), ethics reports, and privacy deliverables for EC-funded projects.
  • Review new products privacy-by-design principles.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and records of processing.
  • Analyse new regulations, rules and developments and implement appropriate compliance measures.
  • Liaise with Irish and UK Data Protection Authorities as needed.

  • Strong documentation and policy-writing skills
  • Organised and results oriented
  • Nice to have: familiarity with data privacy requirements within European Commission-funded projects (e.g. DMPs, ethics reports)
Perks
  • Fully remote role you can do from anywhere in Ireland
  • Dublin and Belfast offices are available if desired (but no attendance required)
  • Team activities multiple times per year
