The Role

Reporting to a talented Chief Commercial Officer, this Audience Insights Manager will play a central role in shaping how the business understands and monetises its audience. Your core focus will be on analysing audience and subscriber behaviour, engagement, and retention to build clear, accessible dashboards and provide insights that inform commercial strategy and decision‑making.
