A local government authority is seeking a People Data and Insights Lead. This role involves transforming complex workforce data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the Council. Salary:£45,624– £52,038 per annum (pro rata if part-time)

Working Hours:37 hours per week
The Data & Systems Team sits within the People Services department, ensuring the organisation has accurate, reliable and meaningful workforce information. The team provides clear data insights to support workforce planning and strategic decision‑making, maintains and continuously improves the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, and manages organisational structures and position data. It is also responsible for timely and accurate data input, high‑quality record keeping in line with policy and audit requirements and completing statutory reporting obligations, including Office for National Statistics (ONS) returns.
We are seeking a proactive and analytical People Data Insight Analyst to play a key role in transforming organisational data into meaningful insight. This role is central to supporting decision‑making across the Council by developing high‑quality reporting, improving data accessibility and strengthening how People Services uses data to understand complex workforce issues.
