• Review and improve the data playbook.
• Implement the rollout plan for the data playbook.
• Define roles for Data Owners and Data Governance.
• Identify technical changes needed for data integration.
• Set up forums for aligning data analysts and business areas.
• Onboard business areas onto the data platform.
