A utility services company in Staveley is looking for a Data Administrator to manage data accuracy and support technical services. The role requires proactive administration, technical analysis of records, and assistance with site work planning. Candidates should possess an IT Level 3 qualification alongside experience in data analysis and GIS systems. Location: Chesterfield
Employment type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
Job Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining accurate records and assisting in the preparation and processes that ensure information is provided in a timely manner to the technical services team, the business and our clients and ensuring data is both accurate and of a good quality.
The technical services team work closely with the operational aspects of the business. As Data Administrator you will assist with collating, filing and maintaining such information to support these activities.
The role ideally requires a Level 3 or higher IT-related qualification and a relevant CCTV coding qualification (OS19x) is desirable but not essential, along with experience in data analysis, office duties, and working with maps, plans, and GIS systems. Familiarity with CCTV data input and update software would also be beneficial.
