Pop On Veneers is a fast-growing DTC oral care brand helping people smile with confidence. We develop, manufacture, and launch new cosmetic products exclusively through Shopify. We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused individual to join our team as a 3 D Impression Scanning Technician. This is a fully remote contractor position where you will receive physical impression molds, scan them using a high-precision 3 D scanner, and upload the digital files to our production team. All equipment and full training are provided.

Role Overview

As a 3 D Impression Scanning Technician, you will receive physical impression molds at your home workspace, scan them using a Medit 3 D scanner, and upload accurate STL files to our system. The role requires strong attention to detail, consistent organisation, and comfort working independently. Payments for this contractor role are issued exclusively through Wise.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and track impression molds delivered to your home
• Prepare and organise materials prior to scanning
• Operate a Medit 3 D scanner to capture accurate scans (training provided)
• Upload STL files to our internal system in a timely manner
• Identify and flag issues such as voids, distortion, or incomplete impressions
• Maintain a clean and consistent home workspace
• Communicate with the team and meet weekly scan targets
• Follow established workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Located in the United Kingdom
• Able to work independently in a home environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technical software
• Reliable internet connection and computer setup
• Ability to receive and handle multiple packages each week
• Experience with 3 D scanning, digital imaging, or technical equipment is helpful (not required - full training provided)
• Must operate as a self-employed contractor
• Must be able to receive payments via Wise
