Customer Team Member
Location: 1 Cedar Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE4 9XU
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including afternoons, late evenings (11pm closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided

What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do, respond to queries, champion Co‑op products and Membership and deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates and temperatures are all correct.
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events.
