Overview

Customer Team Member
Location: 5 Rope Lane Shavington, Crewe, CW2 5DT
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: shifts fall between 2pm and 11pm, including weekends, to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Keep the store safe and legal – stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures.
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural and share experiences with colleagues.
  • Support the local community – participate in activities and events.
