Customer Team Member
  • Location: 33 Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, PO21 2XH
  • Pay: £12.60 per hour
  • Contract: Permanent, part‑time (16 hours per week + regular overtime)
  • Working pattern: varied shifts – early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends (to be discussed at interview)
  • Full, paid training provided

What you’ll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co‑op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone’s day better – support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Ensure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and verify that prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support your local community – get involved in activities and events.
