A leading UK retailer is looking for a Customer Team Leader in Eastbourne. This part-time position involves providing friendly service, managing team operations, and ensuring store compliance. The successful candidate should possess excellent people and organizational skills, with the ability to work flexible hours. Full training is provided, alongside various perks including discounts and a generous holiday allowance.
Location: 18 Framfield Way, Eastbourne, BN21 2RA
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early morning (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co‑op, as you'll need to authorise age‑related sales.
This role may involve periods of independent working which we'll discuss with you at interview. We'll provide relevant safety technology, and the duration of lone working will be kept within agreed guidelines.
