While we offer hybrid working, we get together in our Glasgow office at least twice per week for team collaboration and to stay connected. This role also involves a 2 week training period where you'll be required to be in the office.
As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll respond to calls and emails from customers and our funeral director partners, providing empathetic support and showing you care about their needs. From day one, we'll teach you all about our products, processes and systems and you'll learn how respond to queries quickly and become better every day.
