About the Company

Coheres Customer Success team partners with UK public sector organizations to unlock transformative value through secure ethical deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. We work collaboratively with government agencies, NHS trusts and local authorities to address complex societal challenges while maintaining the highest standards of data security and compliance.

About the Role

We seek a seasoned Customer Success Manager with deep UK public sector expertise to lead GenAI implementation projects. You’ll guide organizations through the unique challenges of AI adoption in secure environments ensuring solutions align with government digital strategies and citizen‑centric outcomes. This role requires active SC Clearance (with willingness to obtain DV Clearance if needed).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead GenAI deployment projects within secure public sector environments ensuring compliance with UK security protocols (e.g. NCSC guidelines GDPR PSA)
  • Develop sector‑specific success plans addressing challenges like legacy system integration, data sensitivity and bureaucratic processes
  • Advocate for public sector needs in product development, emphasizing accessibility, explainability and ethical AI principles
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with government stakeholders including digital transformation leads and procurement teams
  • Create playbooks for secure AI adoption across use cases like citizen services, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
  • Monitor KPIs including user adoption rates, cost savings and citizen satisfaction metrics
  • Deliver executive‑level reporting aligned with public sector accountability requirements
  • Manage risk mitigation strategies for AI implementations in high‑security contexts
Qualifications
  • Active SC Clearance (DV Clearance preferred)
  • UK citizenship with 8 years in public sector technology roles
  • Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions in secure government environments
  • Deep understanding of UK public sector ecosystems (Central/Local Government, NHS, Emergency Services)
  • Familiarity with government cloud strategies (e.g. Crown Hosting, G‑Cloud, MODNET) and data security frameworks
  • Knowledge of public sector budget cycles and procurement rules (OJEU PCR2015)
  • Certifications in ITIL, PRINCE2 or NCSC security training preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years managing GenAI/LLM implementations
  • Experience with public sector digital transformation initiatives (e.g. Verify NHS AI Lab projects, DAIC – Defence AI Centre)
  • Understanding of ethical AI frameworks (e.g. ICOs AI Auditing Framework)
  • Track record of successful outcomes in complex stakeholder environments
