A self storage software company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support operators in EU markets. This hybrid role, based in Belfast, involves onboarding new customers and ensuring their success. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and at least one other EU language (French, Spanish, German, or Italian). To support that growth, we’re hiring a Customer Success Manager focused on EU markets—such as France, Spain, Germany, or Italy. You’ll help onboard and support operators across your markets, acting as a trusted guide to help them succeed with Stora.
We’re expanding across Europe, and success in new markets depends on great customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in onboarding and supporting operators outside the UK, helping them get set up, stay on track, and grow with us.
