In just over 4 years, we’ve helped hundreds of operators around the world process tens of millions in automated payments. Known as innovators in our space, we’re a fast‑growing team focused on making self storage better for everyone.

To support that growth, we’re hiring a Customer Success Manager focused on EU markets—such as France, Spain, Germany, or Italy. You’ll help onboard and support operators across your markets, acting as a trusted guide to help them succeed with Stora.

Why this role matters

We’re expanding across Europe, and success in new markets depends on great customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in onboarding and supporting operators outside the UK, helping them get set up, stay on track, and grow with us.

What you’ll do
  • Onboard new customers across EU markets, guiding them through setup and training
  • Support customers via email, chat, and video—especially where language or local context matters
  • Build long‑term relationships with your assigned accounts
  • Monitor account health, usage, and risks
  • Help operators get more value from Stora, surfacing opportunities and promoting key features
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Stripe to track progress and inform decisions
  • Be the voice of the EU customer—sharing insights to improve our product and service
What we’re looking for
  • Fluent in English and at least one of: French, Spanish, German, or Italian
  • Organised, composed, and good with people
  • A great communicator—both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using and explaining software
  • Experience in SaaS, onboarding, or customer support is helpful but not required
  • This role is a hybrid role with 2 days per week based in our Belfast, N.Ireland office
