This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving engagement, and ensuring customers gain maximum value from innovative software solutions. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor — leading client reviews, managing renewals and upsells, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results, host user groups and product demos, and help shape the customer success strategy.

Requirements
