Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hour per week, between 8am - 6pm on a rota basis (Monday-Friday)
Workstyle: Roaming involving a mix of home working and office

About the Role: We're recruiting Customer Services Advisors to join our contact centre team starting 3 November 2025. You'll manage a high volume of inbound calls and digital contacts, ranging from emergency repairs to rent and benefits queries. You'll need to handle some challenging conversations, but ultimately, the job is about working with people to resolve issues together or signposting them to those who can help.
