A leading customer service organization in Wolverhampton is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to manage inbound calls and digital queries. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, professional communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and experience in high-volume customer service. This permanent, full-time position includes a combination of home and office work, with comprehensive training provided.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hour per week, between 8am - 6pm on a rota basis (Monday-Friday)
Workstyle: Roaming involving a mix of home working and office

About the Role: We're recruiting Customer Services Advisors to join our contact centre team starting 3 November 2025. You'll manage a high volume of inbound calls and digital contacts, ranging from emergency repairs to rent and benefits queries. You'll need to handle some challenging conversations, but ultimately, the job is about working with people to resolve issues together or signposting them to those who can help.
