Role: Customer Service Support!

Location: Yate

Salary: £26,500 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

We are looking for two dedicated Customer Service Support professionals to join our client’s dynamic team.

What You’ll Do
  • Put customers at the heart of everything you do with a passion for excellence.
  • Process orders and acknowledge customer requests within 12 hours.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance for audits.
  • Communicate effectively about order status and lead times.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly, ideally within 4 hours.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer claims.
