Job Details

Location: Reading Train Station

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

Dates: 19th December - 30th December (Excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day)

Shifts Available: AM and PM shifts

Earliest start: 07:00

Latest finish: 22:00

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station
• Supporting customers needing assistance
• Ensuring the safety of the station environment
• Providing a friendly and personable service. Luggage support

Requirements

• Have a professional, but fun approach to your work.
• Be passionate about providing amazing customer service.
• Love working as part of a team, but able to work independently too.
• Have first class interpersonal skills.
• Love the buzz of a busy environment, be able to keep your cool under pressure.
• Be safety conscious - able to spot and anticipate risk.
