Position: Customer Service Representative
Work Model: Hybrid (combination of in-office and remote work)
Office Location: 389 Argyle St, Glasgow G2 8LR

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with customers through various channels to promptly respond to inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. You will provide information about product features, help customers when they face problems or need information, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Inbound and outbound communications with customers through telephone, e-mail, chat, SMS, and website.
- Provide top customer service to resolve customer accounts and offer additional support.
- Negotiate payment terms/arrangements if applicable.
- Review account status/information to understand the customer’s inquiry/need.
- Respond to inquiries and determine the most appropriate solution.
- Understand our clients’ products and services to find the best solutions for the customer.
- Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer service efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Champion company core values and other company programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Collections role is preferred but not required.
- You enjoy talking to people on the phone.
- You are empathetic, a good listener, and want to help others.
- Desire to grow and drive your career forward.
- Ability to work full-time (37.5 or 40 hours per week) year round.
- Office opening times Monday – Friday between 8:30am and 6:00pm.
- Experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in finance or a call center environment is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Information Security Responsibilities (Summary)
- Identification of non-conforming processes that impact business services and/or information security.
