Overview

Customer Service Representative role located at our UK site in Swindon. Reports to the Customer Service & SIOP Supervisor. The role aims to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Salary from around £30K depending on experience, with a discretionary bonus scheme, and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). Generous pension scheme, life assurance, and additional benefits including Health Insurance, cycle to work scheme, employee assistance program, paid time off for volunteer work, and other benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Respond in a timely manner to all customer requests/enquiries
  • Enter, monitor, maintain and follow through to completion quotes and orders for customers
  • Support Sales Management in customer support related activities
  • Recommend products or services and alternatives to meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of current sales and marketing policies, objectives, programs, promotions, terms and conditions of sale
  • Proven track record of working in a Customer Services/Customer Care/Inside Sales role in a commercial B2B environment
  • Demonstrate system knowledge and operating experience within a Customer Services/Customer Care/Inside/Sales environment using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) as well as Salesforce and SAP knowledge
  • Knowledge of Telco Networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages would be an advantage
  • Team-player, willing to respond professionally, enthusiastically and positively to all requests
  • Strong attention to detail
