We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to support the Head Office team in Nottingham during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and represent a brand where service excellence is at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolving order, delivery, and returns queries efficiently and empathetically
  • Providing detailed product and brand information in line with our premium standards
  • Managing customer records accurately using internal systems
  • Escalating complex issues where necessary and following through to resolution
Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within retail or a premium brand
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A calm, professional approach with strong problem‑solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Hours & Salary

Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5:00pm. Pay £26,700 per annum.
